During the first year of software purchase, you will get 6 free on site visits by qualified software executive at the place of installation of software. The assistance will be in the form of installation of Bimamitra software package, training to better understand the software, updation etc.

Updation

It is our utmost desire that you should be using the latest version of the software so that you can make correct presentation to your customer. In order to keep your software updated, we provide you with two options:
  • Updation through CD
  • To speed-up the updation on time, we courier the latest updated Auto-run CD which on inserting will immediately update the software.

  • Updation through Internet
  • You also have the option to update your software to latest version by downloading the latest update through our website www.spysoft.com.
